Your Lawry's At Home Prime Rib Feast arrives FedEx overnight with everything frozen and packed with frozen gel packs in an insulated box.
If you're planning to cook your prime rib within the next 4–5 days after its arrival, store the meat and side dishes in your refrigerator to begin thawing.
However, if you're not planning to cook your meal soon after its arrival, store the meat and side dishes in your freezer. Make sure to cook it within 30 days.
Remember to allow 24–72 hours to thaw before cooking, depending on the size of your prime rib.
Storage space varies based on your order; however, we recommend having at least one full shelf in a freezer for your product. All sides and sauces will be frozen in flat pouches for easy storage.
Storing, thawing and cooking instructions for your products will be included with your shipment and are also available here.
Leftovers can be stored in your refrigerator for up to 2 days. Don't refreeze any of the products.
